01 / Diagnostic structure

The system describes your experience through the process. Methodology explains the professional framework that process is based on — for coaches and clubs who want insight into how we work, not only what happens.

Every process in the DIAGNOSTIC PRO SD system begins with precise identification of the parameters relevant to the sport, on-field position, and the athlete’s individual characteristics. There is no universal protocol that fits everyone — a 100 m sprinter, a football goalkeeper, and a basketball center have entirely different biomechanical and physiological demands, so the measurement structure is tailored to each profile.

In this phase we define which components to track — from body composition and explosiveness, through postural characteristics, to movement symmetry and joint loading. We establish baseline values that serve as the reference point for all subsequent measurements, so every later test gains context and comparability instead of remaining an isolated data point.

This phase is the foundation of the entire system. Without a clearly defined structure, further diagnostics lose precision — we measure the wrong parameters, or the right parameters at the wrong time. That is why every club and athlete goes through an initial consultation and needs assessment before testing begins.

What it includes

  • Analysis of sport-specific demands (position, discipline, season phase)
  • Selection of relevant metrics for the athlete’s profile
  • Establishing individual baseline values
  • Defining the frequency and type of subsequent measurements
