Based on the structure defined in the previous phase, we select the appropriate technology and measurement protocols. Equipment choice is never uniform for all athletes — the instrument and testing method are adapted to the analysis goal, the sport, and the season phase the athlete is in.
We use gold-standard equipment in sports diagnostics: BIA Akern for body composition and cellular hydration analysis, Optojump for precise measurement of explosiveness and movement asymmetry, Posture 3D for digital analysis of the spine and postural deviations, Smart Timing for agility and reaction-time measurement, and Podo Smart for foot baropodometry. Each system measures a different performance aspect; together they give a complete picture of the athlete’s condition.
Before measurement, equipment is calibrated and testing conditions are standardized — same time of day, same warm-up protocol, same test sequence. This ensures results remain comparable over time and reliable for further analysis, without external factors that could skew the data.
What it includes
- Selection of measurement equipment by analysis goal (BIA, Optojump, Posture 3D, Smart Timing, Podo Smart)
- Defining the testing protocol for the sport and position
- Instrument calibration before every measurement
- Standardization of testing conditions for data comparability
