These data become the base card against which all future progress is measured. Without this phase, every later strategy and evaluation would rest on assumptions instead of concrete, measured values.
The base card is formed once at the start of collaboration, but remains an active reference throughout the process — every subsequent diagnostic and evaluation cycle is compared against this initial status.
