Athletic form is not a static category — it changes week to week under the influence of training, load, recovery, and competition rhythm. Diagnostics therefore must not be a one-off event. A single measurement shows current status, but only a series of measurements over time reveals the true dynamics of the athlete’s progress.
Through periodic re-testing we track how the athlete responds to the assigned program — whether expected progress occurs, whether excessive fatigue appears, or whether early imbalance signs emerge that were absent at baseline. This phase acts as a continuous feedback loop between data and the training process.
The advantage of this approach is timeliness — deviations are spotted before they show up as performance drop or injury. The coach can then adjust load in real time, instead of reacting only when the problem becomes visible on the field.
What it includes
- Periodic re-testing throughout the season
- Tracking progress trends over time, not only current status
- Early detection of deviations and risk factors
- Continuous plan adjustment based on new data
