05 / Effect valuation & evaluation

Final rating

The final step of the management system is an objective evaluation of everything delivered in the previous four phases. Achieved results are compared with the base card and defined strategy to determine how closely the athlete’s real progress matched the plan.

Effect valuation is not merely confirmation that the program was delivered — it measures its real value: whether load was adequate, whether goals were met, and which factors most contributed to or slowed progress.

The outcome of this phase is the athlete’s final rating, which is not the end of the process but the starting point for the next cycle — the system closes into a loop that continuously repeats and improves with every new work period.
